 If you love medium and dark roast coffee, this is the coffee for you. Our Full City-roasted coffee beans are medium to dark brown in color and are generally dry though they are dotted with tiny droplets or patches of oil. These blends bring together the flavors of the bean and the browning tastes from roasting.

Full City Roast. In this roast, the fresh coffee beans roast past the first crack, but stop prior to reaching the second crack (Medium/Dark Roast)
